I agree. I felt this way when I was in Seattle. But I am sure its worse in New York due to the population. I can't imagine being in a place that populated. Too bad she didn't take any pics of any costumes she saw firsthand. I am sure she will eventually. She said in another post on her twitter that she will go out as a spooky brunette for Halloween. Can't wait to see more pics.
