v.2 street court lighting enhanced and removed car lights from flashing

i tried to lighten up the player shader i little bit. but thats all i can do for right know. and made a couple of changes on the court .

    Hey, can you release a global file with all of the sleeves having that silver line on them? So I can wear Dwight's black and blue sleeves.
