Realistic Gameplay Mod Version 2 - RELEASED

Here is the second version. Reduced the turbo speed just slightly. Should be more realistic. Let me know if its better or worse then v1

    Uhh it's still a new poly win32 virus..
    still can't extract/use It...I wanna really use this mod..
