okay i in this mod there is no bloom or blur and i tweaked shadows and lighting and if to colorful go in the enbseries file under color correction change ColorSaturationDay=2 or 1 0r 0.
also you can change UsePaletteTexture=4 or 3 or 2 or 1 those 2 are the main color.
because everybody's monitor is different thats why some of you complain turn it down its not hard to do.

Ive just noticed that the crowd really don't look directly at the action they act liked there pissed off and want to leave.its like there in a another world.
