ricoy has a great global that he tweaked the the lighting a bit, idk if u checked it out but his textures on the accessories are perfectly visible, maybe u can see what he did, his reds are fine too
the textures are visible because the accessory colors are default. the community still wants the black just slightly darker. i think i found a decent balance
